This  colorful exercise mat is 15"x15" inches square and 5mm tick rubber with sublimation printing on polyester.  The rubber side grips and the printed side is smooth and will glide on a hard smooth surface.  The bdpq shapes, two stripes, four color/number circles, infinity pattern and blank space graphics of the Move Mat were designed for multiple activities with minimal equipment.  Includes downloadable activity guide.
